INSURANCE — Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): If the customer declines to purchase the waiver, he/she accepts full responsibility for all loss/damage to the rented vehicle up to the actual and full cost of all parts, repairs or replacement. Cost for tire repair and/or change, or damages occurred by driving in white sand, dunes or water, and towing cost, is NOT included in the rental rate and/or C.D.W. insurance. The customer is at all times directly responsible in case of theft or joy riding — there is no insurance that covers this. The customer will be provided with a replacement car after all damages are paid.

El vehículo bien era viejo y le hacía falta un ajuste, nos lo entregaron sucio y nos complicaron la entrega porque nos pedían el lavado por suerte habíamos filmado como lo entregaron . Estamos a la espera que nos devuelvan el depósito de 200 dólares que hicimos según la agencia eso lo hace el banco no ellos .
Ni me entregaron el auto . Lo contrate en el aeropuerto desde el aeropuerto y nunca llego
