Beyond Island Gem's rules
Only authorized drivers (23+ years old with a valid driver's license held for at least 2 years).
Return the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and location.
Late returns are subject to a USD 100 per hour charge.
Rental extensions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, require approval, and must be paid before the original return time. Unpaid extension days may result in vehicle immobilization.
Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No beach driving or off-road driving.
Beach or off-road driving will result in a USD 500 penalty, plus towing, recovery, and damage costs.
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level and in reasonably clean condition.
Report any accident immediately and notify Beyond Island Gem.

The renter is responsible for traffic fines, damages, and any applicable charges.

Payment options
Pay at pickup: You pay the rental company directly when you collect the car — by card or cash, depending on the company. A refundable security deposit may be taken at pickup, and some companies may ask to hold it on a card.
Pay online: You pay the rental now through Kariba. Any refundable security deposit is still collected separately by the rental company at pickup.
Credit-card fee: Paying by credit card may add a processing fee of up to 10%, depending on the rental company.

Todo bárbaro , me llevaron el auto al aeropuerto a horario , lo buscaron , por suerte no tuve ningún inconveniente de ratones choques etc . Lo que no me parece bien es que te hagan dejar un depósito por lavado y que se fijen que no tenga casi nada de arena , tuve el auto 8 días y no tenía casi nada de arena hablo de mínimo fuimos muy cuidadosos y me dijeron que me lo dejaban pasar ??? Sino te restaban 75 dólares de tu depósito . No está claro antes cuando uno lo alquila y en un lugar como Aruba desde ya el lavado del auto y que se jinete un poco de arena es normal y debería estar contemplado en el alquiler como cualquier otra empresa que rente en mi vida . Solo x eso le restó una estrella .
